Dry Start Method should get sticky or its own section

Hey fellow addicts, I started this tank last Friday, March 29th 2013

I had been completely sealing the top with plastic after spray the plants twice a day and I would pump some CO2 into the tank before closing it up. It starting to smell musty and I saw slight melting in only a couple places so I let it air out for about 30 minutes earlier today and left a slight crack in the top for airflow.

Is twice a day too much to be misting fertilized tank water? My humidity is around 75-80% almost all of the time.

I would be honored to have My Barr's input. Thank you
